This August and September finds Shade Tree Garage quite active in the community. We’re very excited about these partnerships and want to share them with you. Here’s what’s going on:
United Morris Soccer Club & Michelin
We’ve partnered with Michelin to bring their 2014 soccer program to the United Morris Soccer Club. What does that mean for the soccer club?
- Each 8 to 10 year old travel team will receive 4 soccer balls,
- Soccer bags will be given to all 8-year-old travel team players,
- Water bottles will be given to all 9-year-old travel team players, and
- Cooling towels will be given to all 10-year old travel team players.
There’s even more! For every Michelin tire sold from August 1st through August 31st, Michelin will make a $2 donation to the Morris United Soccer Club. The best part of this offer is that you will receive a $70 MasterCard RewardCard with the purchase of any set of 4 tires from Michelin. This offer from Michelin originally runs from August 25th through September 21st. If you mention the United Morris Soccer Club, the offer is good until December 31, 2014!
Morristown Festival of Books
We’ve agreed to help promote the Morristown Festival of Books to be held on September 26-27th. They’ve got a great line-up of authors they want to connect with readers. Authors and book lovers from the area (Morristown to Manhattan and beyond) will celebrate the written word as they gather for readings, book signings and panel discussions. Other Ways We’re Giving Back
- We hold free Child Safety Seat Checks on the 2nd Saturday (8am to noon) and 3rd Tuesdays (5 to 8pm) of every month. Visit our Facebook page to learn more.
